BAJA Day 1

November 3, 2010 – After a great rendezvous day, particularly Lisa’s Wine & Cheese, we where off to Ensenada at 9 am precisely. We took Hwy 2 and turned onto Corridor 2000 as Hwy 3 is in construction, no problems at all to report with our travels, only Mexicans happy to see RV Tourists  have returned to Baja.  After a short stop on the beach off Mex 1 Quota, we stopped for lunch in the COSTCO parking lot then off to our final desination, again on the beach just outside Ensenada.  The group jumped into the Van and we were off to La Bufadora which everyone really enjoyed. Back for a short Happy Hour and lots of stories to share from the day.  Tomorrow a tour of Ensenada.  Wow has it been hot!, 34 C  prior to meeting the Pacific in the morning, by 4pm at the RV park it was 30C.  More great weather forecast tomorrow. Everyone is really scratching there heads about all the negative hype regarding Baja, they already love it and are officially Baja Amigos!

Thanks to Jason`s Nitrolube we are getting 600 km per tank even pulling a trailer, we are really impressed.
