Day 24-Heading for Bahia de los Angeles

Our February 2012 Tour

February 27, 2012-Well today we left Mulege headed for Mario’s in Guerrero Negro, the good news is  we made it safe and sound. However the journey was not without incident.  After leaving Santa Rosalia and heading up the Infierno and traveling towards San Ignacio we came across 2 5th wheels heading south with Washington State plates, unfortunately they were driving way too fast in the center of the highway coming up a ridge.  The first one managed to avoid us, the second RV took out my mirror, Lisa thought I was going to take the trailer into the guard rail because I was over so far.  Thankfully we just lost a mirror and cleaned up some glass inside the van.

Some Advise!  Please slow down and do not overdrive the road, this is not I-5.
