Northward we go!  Todays drive will take us to the Baja Fiesta Restaurant in Colonia Vicente Guerrero, a bustling agricultural town straddling the Transpeninsular highway.  Here Baja Amigos will host your final Mexican dinner.  Let’s party tonight!!  Tomorrow is the final leg of your Mexican adventure.

This town was named after Vicente Ramón Guerrero Saldaña who was one of the leading revolutionary generals of the Mexican War of Independence.  Guerrero fought against Spain for independence in the early 19th century and served briefly as President of Mexico.  Guerrero joined in the early revolt against Spain in 1810, first fighting alongside Jose Maria Morelos.
